Michelle brings both strategic insight and practical experience to aligning rewards with business goals, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering fairness and transparency.

As Director of Global Compensation for a multi-national company with 20,000 employees in 35 countries, Michelle successfully partnered with senior leadership and the executive leadership to drive organizational change, support strategic transformation, and improve program effectiveness. Michelle is particularly skilled at simplifying complex concepts for diverse stakeholders and building the business case for change.

With her previous experience as a consulting actuary, Michelle’s brings a unique lens to compensation and benefits challenges. She has a passion for delivering solutions that are both data-informed and people-centered.
